Can I return items if I placed my order as a guest?
Absolutely! We make the return process simple, whether you’re a registered user or a guest.
How do I start a return as a guest?
If you placed your order as a guest, you can initiate a return through the 'Easy returns with your personal link' email you received (like the image of the email above). Here’s how:
- Inside the email, you’ll find a link labeled “Return Items”
- Follow the instructions: Clicking the link will take you to our returns page, where you can select the items you’d like to return, choose a reason for the return, and generate your return label.

How to link your guest order to a new account
If you checked out as a guest but want to manage your order and returns through an account, follow these steps:
- Create an account
- Go to our website and sign up for a new account using the same email address you used for your guest order. - Your order will automatically link
- Once your account is created with the same email, any orders you made as a guest will be automatically connected to your new account. - Manage your returns easily
- After your order is linked, you can start processing returns directly through your account instead of using the guest return link.
When can I expect my refund?
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return, it may take up to 21 days for us to process the refund. Once the refund is processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation, and the refund will appear in your bank account within 3 business days.
Return Costs
When returning your entire order, the original shipping cost will be refunded.
The return shipping fee of £5.95 will be deducted from your refund amount.
